Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

At Wholistic Health group we respect your time and appreciate that our clients value our time as well

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, this means:

If you need to cancel your session within 24 hours of the start time you can reschedule with 20% fee of session payment (e.g. $140 for 90 min kinesiology will have fee of $28)
If you cancel your session within 24 hours of the start time and choose not to reschedule the fee is 100% of session payment
If you cancel your session before 24 hours of the start and choose not to reschedule the fee is 50% of your session payment
If you reschedule your session before 24 hours of the start time the fee is 20% of the session payment
All refunds will be made manually via your payment method once you reschedule or cancel online
