The value of interpreting your dreams

I'm a dreamer, yep that's a name i've been called many times! I love that i'm a dreamer and I embrace it while I'm awake and asleep. I've always been curious about dream symbolism and why we dream, I've taken more notice recently and been excited about what I've discovered!

I feel that dreams are the way our soul speaks to us and provides messages that help us in daily life. I dream more when I have changes happening in my life & need to make decisions, times when higher wisdom has guidance for me that can only come through when my mind is resting. The more I disconnect my spiritual connection in waking life, the more I dream, the more messages need to come through!

Noticing your dream symbols can be valuable to bring to a kinesiology session as the information is your subconscious giving you messages that you may not understand and can be brought to the surface using muscle testing! I often test myself to get clarity on the meaning of my own dreams.

My dreams over the past two weeks have contained these messages:
  • Waterfall - Cleansing and new beginnings
  • River - flowing with life peacefully
  • Lake - Still water, ability to deal with deep emotions, not underwater, clear mind, cleansing, release emotions
  • Shower - Spiritual renewal
  • Black bats - rebirth, unrealised potential, current path not compatible with goals and growth
  • Dying bird - disappointment, worrying over problems, overthinking
  • Drowning - Emotional rebirth, letting go
  • Flying - Freedom, opportunity, growth
  • Groups & community - nurture relationships and network
  • Ring - Commitment, new endeavour, responsibility
  • Money - Prosperity, success, new way to make money, currency exchange
  • Gifts - prosperity, abundance,
  • Transport: cars, bus, plane - moving forward, to a new place
  • Bus - New destination, moving forward
  • Car - Navigate stages of life, moving forward
  • Empty House - Insecurities, clear slate, create whatever you want
  • Naked - Vulnerable, fear of being judged
  • Babies  - nurturing, new beginning, new life, fresh start, innocence
  • Breast feeding - nurturing, sustaining life, tenderness, love, connection
  • Purple light - Healing
  • Phone ring/text ring - Message to listen to, connection, communication

I love that dream symbolism is obvious! All it takes is some moments of reflection of what the symbols mean in life.

How to make dreams work for you
  1. Decide your dreams are valuable
  2. Make an intention before you sleep, you can ask a direct question that you need some guidance on then consider the dreams that night as being direct information for this problem
  3. Keep a journal or nate pad next to your bed and write your dreams down first thing upon waking (before you check Facebook and instagram!)
  4. Discuss your dreams with friends, a different perspective can provide incredible insight that might just ring true to you
  5. Bring dream information to your next kinesiology session to bring another dimension to understanding what your inner wisdom is wanting to tell you
