I recommend journalling after each session. Write down all the main information that came up and your experience of the session. This is a good way to track your changes as you go along with your own healing. I know for myself that reading back over session notes from years ago leaves me in awe of how far I have come and I believe you will have this experience also.
Each session I will give you a personal note with key aspects we worked on as well as some homework to keep the momentum of the session going and therefore give you greater impact from your personal investment. These little notes can be re-written in your own journal or glued in which is a nice way to add the energy of the session into your own record.
